Sulfur Cinquefoil, Potentilla recta.
The cheerful flowers of this and all cinquefoils are edible. The aerial parts and roots are used to treat skin conditions and mouth sores. The flower essence is said to help those disconnected or overly critical of themselves by increasing appreciation and love of the self.
